| Dear Sir/Madam, today 10/03/2025 we have received a letter from you (see attachment) requesting an extension of the deadline for submission of bids until 15/04/25 due to lack of time to secure the necessary documents from the German authorities. We assume that these are the documents according to article 8.1 of the tender documentation concerning the proof of basic competence. We will not comply with your request, the documents for the fulfilment of the basic competence must be proven within the scope of § 75 of the Public Procurement Act (the Act), alternatively the Single European Certificate according to § 87 of the Act can also be provided. The above-mentioned documents (Article 8.1 of the tender documentation) will have to be submitted prior to the eventual signing of the contract. However, the bid must be submitted by the deadline as specified in the tender documentation, namely 10.00 a.m. on 14/03/2025. I further inform that, according to the tender specifications, communication between the contracting authority and the supplier is carried out via an electronic tool.
