The creation of the website for the public section of the NEN system was conducted in compliance with the Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on amending the Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on amendments to other acts, as amended, implementing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. Therefore, all information is published in a form consistent with the above legal standards.
