Contracting Authority + Economic Operator

Are you a contracting authority already using CAAIS, do you need a contracting authority profile for publishing contracts, or are you tendering a contract due to grant rules? Are you a supplier submitting a bid, or an external administrator managing contracts on behalf of a contracting authority? Please register via the NIPEZ Portal.

Contracting Authority (without CAAIS)

Do you wish to award public contracts but have not yet implemented CAAIS in your organisation? Do you need to create a contracting authority profile and publish contracts on it? You may temporarily use this option for registration.

Joint Procurement

Do you plan to award a public contract together with other contracting authorities? That is, to request supplies, services, or construction works for multiple contracting authorities who have agreed to do so under a written agreement? Do you want to repeatedly award multiple public contracts within a joint procurement? If so, register for joint procurement.
