| 1. Does the section, "Evaluation of key areas in the Design Proposal", need to be a narrative of what we are proposing to be delivered? The contracting authority 's answers a) Every supplier has to submit a written document, “Design Proposal”, for the evaluation of quality. b) The document “Design Proposal” is a binding document as part of the offer, specified as Annex No. 1 of the binding text of the Contract. c) The "Design Proposal" must contain a description of what the supplier proposes to supply including key areas: 1. The design shall respect the terms of reference in the contract (see Annex 1, Contract for the provision of services); 2. Providing a competency profile; 3. Work with competency profile; 4. Leadership and management in science; 5. Development approach based on andragogic experience. d) The key areas provided in the "Design Proposal" will be evaluated on the basis of the criterion and partial criteria,"Evaluation of key areas in the Design Proposal". e) The supplier may use a narrative style with supporting evidence/examples. Describe what you are proposing to be delivered and demonstrate (on example or other documents) how the key areas in the proposal fulfil each partial criterion. 2. Should all the documents be amalgamated into one single document or sent as separate documents within a zip file? The contracting authority 's answers 2 Please send individual documents (preferably with preserved names for clarity) in a ZIP folder. If there is a problem with the size of the document when sending, use cloud storage or web vault with a storage period of at least 14 days. When sending documents in this form only by e-mail, please attach a brief procedure for the correct download of the document to the download link. The contracting authority chose this method as an alternative to the regular award of a public contract through the NEN portal, which is difficult for a foreign language supplier and could limit him in submitting a tender. |
