Nákup šekových poukázek na volnočasové aktivity v oblasti sportu, relaxace a kultury dle přílohy č. 1 této výzvy. Smluvní vzor bude účastníkem vyplněn (červeně zvýrazněný text a žlutě zvýrazněná pole tabulky), podepsán oprávněnou osobou a přiložen k nabídce jako návrh Kupní smlouvy. Platnost šekových poukázek požaduje zadavatel na rok 2018 a 2019.
