Předmětem této veřejné zakázky malého rozsahu (dále též „VZMR“) je dodávka zboží, kterou se pro účely této VZMR rozumí AKU baterie do drobných spotřebičů dále specifikované v zadání této VZMR. Dodávka zboží bude dodavatelem realizována jako celek v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými ve smluvním vzoru Kupní smlouvy, který tvoří přílohu č. 1 této výzvy (viz pasáž „El.komunikace/Dokumenty a přílohy“). Zadavatel nepřipouští variantní řešení.
