SUBJECT-MATTER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract is Initial delivery, installation and integration of ACARS-GW (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System - Gateway) system. Initial delivery includes appropriate software according to the requirements listed in the specifications and its identical copy for the purpose of testing new software versions and training. Part of Initial delivery is also performing training of the Customer´s technical and operational personnel, performing the SAT (Site acceptance test) test with presence of specialist of suppliers. The subject of public tender is also performing System development and service support during declared lifetime of the System. The goal of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one participant using the procedure valid for above-threshold open procedures. The awarding of partial public contracts or orders will be carried out in a procedure without renewal of the competition according to the requirements of the contracting authority in accordance with the framework agreement, contract No. 201/2024/IS/070.
